sleep is more enticing than women...

Believe me... right now... after a great indian dinner (we had a project party yesterday) in the midst of a boring routine in Moscow... and lunch today.. i feel like dozing off in the office could just be the best thing to happen to me ever.

reminiscent..

Last weekend was one of the laziest weekends ever.. i generally tend to do something good on weekends.. i reserve my best for the last two days of the week...
but the last 48 hrs... i was lazing around on my couch... I could put a sloth to shame.
I watched 6 movies in all... but the one that took the cake was 'Happy Days'.
It was a surprise winner.. nothing great about it.. no dramatic sequences.. no superlative performances... no high flying effects.
But it had something which every college going guy/gal in India could relate too... it was so humbly down to earth that it walked with reality hand in hand.
It surely reminded me of my college days.. I could laugh, be sad, feel bad for the guys so genuinely.. and yet i say it was not a great story.. it was an ordinary one... but the subject is what had all the aura..
The formative years.. those years of fun at the hostel... those friends who care a damn about everything...
Those lingering walks and discussions with friends... claiming who liked whom and why....
Those evening samosas... and cursing the hostel food at night....
Those were the best days of my life...

bored

Monday's are so damn boring... got new work to do... my tasks are no longer related to my tasks alone.. :(
i have to track other guys' tasks.. do the tracking and stuff...
its no more carefree...
i somehow feel the best days are the initial parts of every phase.. in school... i felt kindergarten was fun... in college i felt high school was fun... in the job i feel college was superlative fun..
and now i feel the initial days in my job were fun..
Anyways i have become more responsible now... at the cost of my more carefree times...
With great power.. comes greater responsibility...
Yes... maybe.
